01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and maga88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://maga88.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any feature of the maga88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and communications offered by maga88, including live casino, slot games, sports betting, and any other gaming product made available on the Platform from time to time.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on maga88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. maga88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the Company is prohibited from offering services.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of maga88 or its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by maga88 for breach of these Terms.

04 Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and not misleading.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one Account on maga88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. In the event duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. maga88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on maga88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR.

05 KYC & Verification

maga88 is required under its international licensing obligations to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed, or at any point where the Company deems verification necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your current residential address.
• Source of Funds: The Company may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited for high-volume transactions.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshots or evidence confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits.

5.2 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours upon receipt of all required documentation. The Company will notify you by email once your Account has been verified. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

06 Deposits & Payments

maga88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, enabling Players to fund their Accounts conveniently and securely. Accepted deposit methods currently include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (QR and transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks
• Direct bank transfer to designated Company accounts

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum deposit amounts may be varied by the Company at any time with prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.

6.3 Third-Party Deposits

Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared e-wallets or bank accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

6.4 No Unlawful Funds

Players warrant that all funds deposited into their maga88 Account are from lawful sources and that the use of such funds for online gaming is not in violation of any applicable law. maga88 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required.

07 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active wagering requirement fulfilment, and compliance with these Terms.

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, where applicable. If the original payment method is unavailable, the Company will confirm an alternative approved channel with the Player.

7.2 Processing Timeframes

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes after approval, depending on receiving bank processing times.

Processing times stated above are estimates only. Actual processing times may be affected by factors outside the Company's control, including bank processing schedules and public holidays.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are subject to the Player's account tier and KYC status.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fulfilled.
• There is no pending security review or fraud investigation on the Account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable daily or monthly limit for the Player's account tier.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

maga88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

maga88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and collusion with other Players to exploit promotional structures.

8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Unless explicitly stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through duplicate registrations will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8.4 Changes to Promotions

maga88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including after a Player has opted into the promotion, where the Company determines that the promotion has been materially misrepresented or where technical errors have occurred.

09 Gameplay & Betting Rules

9.1 Game Availability

maga88 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, provider, or betting market.

9.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on maga88 are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The Platform's RNG systems are tested to international fairness standards. Results produced by the RNG are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction as determined by the Company.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the validity of a game round, maga88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. The Company's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

9.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific betting rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for sports betting transactions.

9.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. The Company may, at its sole discretion, impose individual betting limits on any Player's account, including reducing or restricting maximum bet amounts, without prior notice or stated reason.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maga88 Platform. Breach of any prohibition set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games or poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to gain an unfair advantage, including failure to report any identified vulnerability.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical measures to disguise your true location, particularly to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.
• Systematic abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Any conduct that is disruptive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward maga88 staff or other Players.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

11.1 Company-Initiated Suspension

maga88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Company suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud; (c) the Account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory enquiry, or chargeback dispute; or (d) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction.

11.2 Funds on Closure

Where an Account is closed by maga88 due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed by the Company for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable charges and after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Accounts closed at a Player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the terms of our Responsible Gambling policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maga88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or technical failure affecting the Platform.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Gambling outcomes or decisions made by the Player in the course of using the Platform.

In all circumstances, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the maga88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and brand materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of maga88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of maga88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

14 Privacy & Data

maga88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by the Company is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, identification information, financial transaction records, gameplay history, and device/IP information used for fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes.

15 Responsible Gambling

maga88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Malaysian players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. We strongly encourage all Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to have a negative impact on their lives.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict your maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops for gambling session duration.

16 Amendments to These Terms

maga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maga88 is incorporated and licensed under its international online gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between the Player and maga88, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation with the Company's support and dispute resolution team. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting support via the live chat facility or by email to the address set out below.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body, as designated by the Company's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.
